Her parents are Barbara and Robert Cameron. She has one brother Kirk, and two older sisters Melissa and Bridgette.

She married hockey player Valeri Bure on June 23 1996. They have three children. Natasha (August 15th, 1998), Lev (February 20th, 2000) and Maksim (January 20th, 2002).

She has two dogs. A rottweiler and a Cocker Spaniel.
